This Kosan project in Tebet explores a contemporary brutalist approach through a rhythmic, box-like façade and exposed concrete expression. The composition of solid and void creates depth, shading, and visual order while responding to the dense urban context.

Honest materiality and structural clarity define the building’s character, allowing concrete to speak as both structure and finish. The result is a bold yet efficient residential typology—designed to be durable, low-maintenance, and architecturally distinctive within its neighborhood.
